In the mid-90s our Grandmother, Kathleen, noticed that a lot of customers in her Skibbereen, West Cork restaurant were requesting Gluten Free options. This led her to develop a range of GF meal alternatives, starting with the most important meal of the day, breakfast. She found a small farmer who was willing to exclusively grow Oats in a field very remote to any other crops to reduce the risk of cross contamination with Gluten based cereals. Today, we have taken that further and partner with the leading grower of Gluten Free Oats in Ireland. We are delighted to offer a delicious Gluten Free alternative to our customers.
