Food Standards AgencyHere’s a very important message for anyone between 16 and 24 years old with Coeliac Disease or suffers from Gluten Intolerance and lives in Northern Ireland.

The food Standards Agency in NI (FSA in NI), are undertaking an Allergen and Food Intolerance campaign in late September.
The campaign is aimed at 16-24 year old age group from Northern Ireland.
FSA in NI are currently putting out a call for volunteers, of that age group, who would be willing to be involved with this very important campaign.
The person will be required to complete a short questionnaire which will form the basis of a case study, and will also be involved with a short scripted video, and finally a photograph will be taken. The information will be used on social media, print press and radio.
There is very little time commitment required from the person/s. However the preparation work will need to be completed by the beginning of September.

If anyone has a family member, friend or neighbour who would be willing to participate in this very important campaign please contact lisa.nelson@food.gov.uk or call : 028 9041 7730 | 07585307045 as soon as possible.
Thank you.
