Lots of foods are naturally gluten free, such as meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, herbs, beans, nuts, seeds, dairy products, pure oils, jam, marmalade, rice, sugar, natural yoghurt and spices. These items are not included in the food lists below. When a product is labelled “gluten free”, it must have been tested and shown to contain less than 20 parts of gluten per million parts of food, or 20ppm. Foods labelled as “gluten free” are added to the lists below.
Where you see a food listed as Dairy Free, Vegetarian or other free from, it is gluten free AND free from the category listing.
Please note, recipes and manufacturing methods change regularly, so always check the label on the individual product before you buy it.
