Gluten Free Recipe Book 2013

We’re compiling a brand new Community Recipe book, a collection of 100 of the best gluten free recipes for Coeliacs to enjoy and share, and you could see your recipe included!

There are ten pages available for professional chefs and venues to advertise their finest dishes and ninety more pages for members of the gluten free community to display their favourites.

Tips for Top Recipes

  1. Set out your recipe in a clear list of ingredients and steps.
  2. Don’t use highly localised produce or specialist brands that aren’t widely available.
  3. Have someone else try making your recipe without your help, if they have questions about the recipe, include the answers in the steps.
  4. Recipes can be for any type of dish including baking, bar-be-cueing, starters, main courses, desserts, snacks and so on.
  5. Include a photograph of your dish. Send the highest quality image you can up to 5mb in size.
  6. All recipes must be completely gluten free.
  7. One recipe per email please.

The final collection of recipes will be collated and published in print and kindle editions.

By submitting your recipe you are stating that the recipe and photograph/s you have submitted is your original work; and that Gluten Free Ireland owns the full rights to your work if we choose to publish it. We are also granted the right to use your work online and in any future editions. We reserve the right to alter your work if required. We’re sorry but we cannot contact unsuccessful applicants.
