Starbucks stores across the US are now offering gluten free and vegan foods.
The coffee giant has said in a press release they are evolving their menu to match customer demand. Their new range includes eleven new options with some naturally gluten free and some certified gluten free choices.
Starbucks is seen as being late to respond to the growth in gluten free food demand but McDonalds in the US remains without gluten free options, while their mainland European outlets have a selection as standard.
Free From food sales are estimated to continue to grow worldwide, with the UK alone forecast to reach £673 million by 2020, according to a Mintel report in early 2016.
